Education and Training

Ron Wehrens obtained a PhD in Chemometrics in 1994 at the Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He then became assistant professor at Twente University, The Netherlands, and in 1996 returned to Nijmegen as an associate professor. Since 2010 he is leading the Biostatistics and Data Management group at Fondazione Edmund Mach.

Research interests

His research interests focus on the application of multivariate statistical techniques, and in particular on exploratory analysis, classification, and regression. He is the author of one monograph and over fifty papers in ISI journals.
