Research Group (DQAN QS) - Sensory, instrumental and statistical techniques in order to understand and to predict the consumers’ choices.
To develop and to apply innovative and multidisciplinary methodologies (based on sensory, instrumental and statistical techniques) in order to understand and to predict the consumers’ choices by:
- the objective evaluation of products' sensory quality and of consumer responses;
- the investigation of perceptive and cognitive processes of the multisensory experience underlying consumer-product interaction.
