The Sequencing and Genotyping Platform takes part in the activity of the Research and Innovation Centre (C.R.I) by offering support at the researchers activity and with the development of new methods of experimental investigation. The activities of the Platform starts from the nucleic acid extraction and the genotyping of thousand of samples using the latest genotyping platforms; through the Sanger sequencing and the DNA, RNA-seq and the amplicon deep sequencing strategy using the next generation sequencing platform.
