The platform provides technologies and methods to study the biological interactions in complex matrix as air, water and soil. Particular focus is on pollen and spore diffusion in air, phyllosphere and rhizosphere composition and soil quality. Advanced metagenomics technologies as RISA, ARISA, DGGE, pyrosequencing, stable isotope probing and classical PCR and Real time PCR are provided as services. Development and scale up of production of bioresources as biofungicides, biodetergents and biodisinfectants is also included.
