Welcome Services for International Visitors
pre-arrival services and administrative on-arrival procedures
The Research and Innovation Centre of Fondazione Edmund Mach (CRI-FEM) provides its International visitors some Welcome Services in order to support and facilitate their entry and stay in Italy.
The CRI administrative staff is available to assist the foreign incomers in accomplishing the practical formalities and due permanence procedures that should start at least 2 months before the scheduled arrival.
The Welcome Services provided by the CRI deal, in particular, with:
- pre-arrival services: sending invitation letters, offering assistance in obtaining the visa to enter Italy, providing information about the Institute and the territory, supporting guests in booking their accommodation;
- administrative on-arrival procedures: handing out folders containing useful information, giving support in the administrative procedures necessary for the enrolment and stay in Trentino, such as: health insurance, residence permit, tax code, bus pass, etc. In order to avoid linguistic and administrative obstacles, international visitors are assisted in the different offices by a collaborator who speaks at least one foreign language.
