Accommodation lodging
Temporary accommodation solutions for short-time visits can be arranged through FEM-CRI administrative offices. Prolonged stays accommodation offers can be checked through one of the following links:
Foreseen costs: a place in a double bedroom in a private house can cost from 250 to 350 €/month plus up to 150 €/month for the general bills (water, electricity, heating, etc.). The standard rate for a flat for 2-4 people can be from 500 to 800 €/month plus 250 €/month for bills.
Please note that if you find private accommodation through a real estate agent, you will be asked to pay one-month rent for the service. Besides that, you will be usually required to give the landlord 3 months rent at least as a deposit for the housing contract.
