EMANUELE ECCEL - Born in Trento in 1964, in 1990 he got a Master Degree cum laude in Environmental Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. At the Fondazione Mach – Istituto Agrario di S. Michele all’Adige since 1995, he strengthened his knowledge of the atmospheric sciences and of agro-meteorology mainly by self-teaching, also attending to several specific courses and seminars. Particularly, he focused on weather forecasting, and for eleven years since 1997 (starting of Meteotrentino) he worked as a weather forecaster for the local meteorological service.
